The Tournament

Format/Rule Sheet

FORMAT
This is an individual and team event.

  • TEAM: 1 Best Ball of 4 Net
  • INDIVIDUAL: Gross & Net

The USGA recommended tie-breaker procedure (last 9 holes, last 6, last 3, then hole by hole) will determine winners.  If those tied played different course rotations, the scores recorded on the common course will be used (as above).  Net contests will use net scores and gross contests will use gross scores. If this procedure fails to break ties, duplicate prizes will be awarded.  For all competitions, the decision of the Committee is final.

COURSE ROTATION

The order of play is as follows:  if you start on East course, play through to Center and finish up on East. If starting on Center, play through the West course and finish up on Center. If starting on West, play through East course and finish back on West.

CARTS AND CADDIES

Each foursome will have two carts and a forecaddie to ensure speedy play.  Please note that caddies have received a base rate for their services; tipping is greatly appreciated.
